The humane ethics were high on mind when the time was prehistoric
Men and women partook of parity, oh of course, it used to be realistic
Sexuality was found delving into spirituality, truly provokingly beatific
The epoch did not belong to a wonderland, and it was Ajanta-Elloric
As free as a butterfly, she lived every whim of hers, so incredibly gaiety
Reveled in open sex talks with men, as she was tantamount to a deity
Chastity of a woman was never questioned as she was always a virgin
In lieu it was man’s poser subject to proving his not practising liaison
But a storm of unholy whiff brought a gradual and poignant transition
What leaped on in to societal ambience was miasma of discrimination
Men’s prejudice against women was so the stroke of the latter’s doom
That, women relenting to manly subordination rendered sexists’ boom
With female feticide being the 21st century version of girl infanticide
And ‘Sati Pratha’ abolished on papers, one thing tends to be clarified
Besides these aged curses, even grimmer evolved in the past 40 years
Which a conductor and a collegian are wont to the same, both sinners
In bridging the education difference lies the role of male chauvinism
Which, the upper and the lower stratum are inflicted with to the brim
Man is not letting out even his mother and sister, is ignobly inhuman
De-glorifying her aura to a mere sex object is his most soulless action
Her sexual body parts impiously becoming his usual vocal phrase
“Teri maa ki*---* and teri behen ki *---*” are all there to her disgrace
An educated being going this astray, belittling womankind, is stifling
What lets him evade a feel of his mother and his girlfriend is baffling
But, more loathsome is the sort of unsound defence women plump for
In a bid to shoulder equality even she couldn’t spare reviling far more
Today, ‘teri maa ki’ is the common spell of her vituperating utterance
Backing up her own oppression, feminine face of God skips brilliance
Since man being mean, he wouldn’t draw up from this fouling custom
But his tongue switching to tere baap ka or tere bhai ka, is wholesome
You women, counter-attacking one with teri maa ki is self-deprecating
Instead, abusing as tere baap ka will be a retort to men, rather befitting
I request the men-folk to think it a bit over. And please respect your mother, respect the beauty of her grace, respect women, the very reason of our existence.
